p-CAT™ and p-CAT™ infinity

The deteriorating state of water infrastructure can result in pipeline failures, emergency repairs, reduced reliability and economic loss. The application and use of innovative pipeline technologies has become more critical as expectations and goals associated with infrastructure expand. By leveraging condition assessment technologies and turning data into actionable results, utilities can assess risk and prioritise assets in need of rehabilitation or replacement. This allows them to allocate resources more effectively to optimise the reliability of their pipelines.

smart-CAT™

smart-CAT™ Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) is a high resolution, non-destructive, non-intrusive technology that identifies and sizes pipe wall corrosion defects. It precisely measures individual (not average) internal and external corrosion by external inspection. This includes the precise measurement of remaining wall thickness, predicting the current condition, likelihood of failure and remaining life of the pipe. Additionally, for uninspected regions, predictions can be made using statistical or structural analysis techniques of the current and future growth of defects and failure models.

Pipers®

Pipers® is an in-line inspection technology specifically designed to address the challenges faced by the water, wastewater, bulk water, and other pipeline marketplaces. These baseball sized multi-sensor devices are free-floating, making them a highly versatile solution for virtually any pipeline. Pipers® are an amazing solution that can be used to effectively address a wide array of pipeline-related problems, including an assessment of the pipeline wall condition, mapping deposits, localizing leaks and air pockets, and even illegal hot tapping.

iTracking®

Locating faulty underground wastewater infrastructure has always been a daunting task. Finally, that is all about to change. iTracking®, along with its groundbreaking Computer Generated Imagery technology (Playback®), is poised to transition the complexities of Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) detection from a difficult and expensive process to one that is simple and inexpensive.
